In collaboration with Green Skills and Rybners in Esbjerg, Letbek has implemented an upskilling of employees to strengthen the sustainable production.

Green Skills is a collaboration between Esbjerg Municipality, Varde Municipality, Rybners, AMU-Vest, SOSU Esbjerg, Kjærgaard Agricultural School and Business Esbjerg as well as the social partners. Green Skills strengthens member cooperation and initiatives that contribute to educating more skilled and specialized workers, who must in practice ensure the implementation of the green transition and green energy transformation. The work in Green Skills is supported by a joint administration, consisting of two employees from Rybners and Jobcenter Esbjerg.
